Position Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Craneburg Construction in Lagos, Nigeria. This administrative role provides comprehensive support for travel and hotel itineraries for both local and expatriate staff, encompassing stock management, documentation, and arrangement of travel-related procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Make reservations and bookings for both local and international flights
- Arrange new protocols for logistics, hotel accommodations, and airport procedures
- Maintain and update master travelling files for international and local travel
- Process all invoices for payments
- Handle administrative filing and documentation
- Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly
- Arrange all travel-related tests at designated laboratories
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND degree
- 4 - 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is advantageous
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in ticketing systems, reservation management, and booking processes
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and platforms (MS Office, Windows, Exchange)
- Strong organizational skills with problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry
- Strong document filing and record-keeping skills
- Capacity to solve problems and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Time-management skills to handle multiple bookings effectively
