## Title: Administrative Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Officer to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for directing and coordinating office services and related activities, developing and supervising programs to ensure maximum utilisation of services and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate office services and activities
  • Develop and supervise programs for optimal utilisation of services and equipment
  • Arrange internal office moves and coordinate office arrangements
  • Maintain office services by organising operations and procedures
  • Control correspondence and design filing systems
  • Review supply requisitions and assign clerical functions
  • Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders
  • Handle facilities maintenance and repairs administration
  • Manage transport and logistics administration
  • Oversee fleet management
  • Address general administrative enquiries, complaints, and issues from staff
  • Manage security administration
  • Coordinate protocol and travel arrangements
  • Manage courier services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience

Work Environment

  • Regular office environment with minimal discomfort
  • Occasional requirement to work late and weekends
