## Title: Admin Officer

About the Role

A reputable organization is expanding their team and seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Admin Officer to join their dynamic group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the office. You must be organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Compensation

Annual Gross Remuneration: ₦1.8M

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for documentation
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Support HR functions, including attendance tracking and staff coordination
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and support finance-related tasks as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative or office management roles

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail
