About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated and organized Admin Officer to support the smooth daily operations of the organization. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong administrative skills, be hands-on, and pay excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Admin team to oversee general administrative duties and ensure efficient office operations
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance needs
- Handle documentation, filing, and record keeping
- Support staff and management with logistics
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Provide general support to all departments as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Admin Officer role
- Must be based in Lagos (preferably on the Mainland)
- Must be able to drive and possess a valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Hours
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
