Position Overview

The successful candidate will join the team to build upon an already successful proposition. This role comes with an attractive remuneration package. Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, the successful candidate is expected to be able to commit to longer working hours, weekends, and local and international travel on short notice when necessary.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Facilities and Property Management

• Directly manage and oversee facilities services for assigned properties
• Serve as the principal point of contact for occupiers, providing advice and guidance on day-to-day physical building operations
• Regularly liaise with occupiers and maintain strong working relationships
• Inform service providers of occupier matters that may affect tenant use of property
• Ensure reactive maintenance and day-to-day service requirements are undertaken in a timely, cost-effective manner and performed against agreed standards
• Work in accordance with established procedures for out-of-hours cover and emergency response
• Procure all supplies and services at the property to the highest standards while achieving optimal pricing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all cooling, ventilating, mechanical, and electrical equipment in each building, with sound understanding of their purpose and general operation
• Maintain, test, and implement disaster planning procedures to cover all emergencies
• Organize and coordinate fire evacuation and bomb drills
• Establish and maintain proper records in accordance with best practice standards
