## Title: Admin Manager

About the Role

Sujimoto Construction Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Manager to oversee and coordinate all administrative operations across our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of our offices, support various departments, manage administrative staff, and uphold company standards of excellence, efficiency, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and office management
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems, policies, and procedures
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, events, and company functions
  • Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and documentation
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and facility maintenance
  • Support HR with onboarding, attendance, and employee relations tasks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement within the admin department

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion
