  • Prepare, consolidate, and submit HMO claims
  • Manage HMO enrollee codes and portals
  • Verify billing accuracy against approved tariffs
  • Follow up outstanding HMO and private receivables
  • Coordinate billing/HMO escalations
  • Resolve billing disputes and complaints

  • Daily billing review completion rate

  • Value and aging of outstanding HMO receivables
