An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Summary:
  • We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Account Officer to join our Finance team.
  • The ideal candidate will support the Treasury department in executing payment operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • 2-4 years relevant working experience in Treasury,Finance, or Accounting.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with e-banking platforms.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
Skills:
  • Process approved payments on e-banking platforms.
  • Generate payment vouchers for management approvals.
  • Liaise with bank account officers to resolve payment Issues.
  • Send payment advice and invoice Status updates to vendors.
  • Clarify issues related to vendor payment advice.
  • Maintain a detailed register of all payments made.
  • Allocate payments to projects to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of payment vouchers and supporting documents.
