A reputable organization seeks a dedicated accountant to manage financial operations and reporting for a real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and management reports
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable
• Manage payroll and employee expense claims
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Prepare tax computations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audits
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a property or construction firm
• Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage
