About the Role

An established, fast-growing real estate firm committed to providing top-notch property development and investment solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (ICAN Certified) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, prepare financial reports, and support management with accurate financial insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audit processes
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management
• Manage payroll, expense tracking, and cost control measures

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ICAN Certified professional membership (required)
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience (real estate experience is an added advantage)
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
