## Title: Accountant – Real Estate Development

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic real estate development firm in Karasana, Abuja (FCT), is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial planning. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow
Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external auditors
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements

Requirements

B.Sc./HND in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (real estate experience is a plus)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage

Karasana, Abuja (FCT), Nigeria

Compensation

N150,000 – N250,000 per month
