About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated accounting professional to join Harvest Feed and Agro Processing Limited in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and report daily financial transactions; maintain general ledger
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense claims
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, budget variance analyses, and management reports
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations; file statutory returns
• Conduct internal audits, cash-flow forecasting, and support external auditors
• Assist in cost-control, pricing, and inventory valuation for feed and agro-processing operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing, agro-processing, or similar industry
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Excel, and accounting software
• Strong knowledge of tax, VAT, and statutory deductions
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities
