Account Reconciliation Officer

About the Role

MeCure Healthcare Limited is seeking an Account Reconciliation Officer to ensure the accuracy of the company's financial records. You will be responsible for regularly comparing and reconciling internal records with external sources such as bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer balances.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records on a regular basis
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Prepare monthly reconciliation reports and present findings to management
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of accounts payable and receivable records
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting

Education & Training

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance, or a related finance field

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 1-2 years of proven relevant experience
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is advantageous
