## Title: Account Manager, Planning & Analysis

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated Account Manager to oversee planning, analysis, and financial operations. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all pending approval requests within 24 hours of receipt
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive tax policy by end of 2025
  • Improve operating efficiency, achieving operating expenses as a percentage of revenue at 80% by end of 2025
  • Ensure final annual budget presentations are submitted no later than 30 November each year
  • Develop a cost profile framework for all units, clearly defining unit cost structures by end of 2025
  • Conclude implementation of SAGE and Norming systems before end of 2025
  • Ensure monthly filing of PAYE and Pension contributions by the 7th of each month
  • Ensure monthly filing of VAT and Withholding tax by the 7th of each month
  • Publish Accounts Operations Manuals by 2025
  • Achieve invoicing lead time of maximum 20 minutes per transaction (post-shipment)
  • Maintain zero daily outstanding items on SAGE batch posting
  • Ensure 100% salary journals are prepared and posted in SAGE within 3 days of salary payment
  • Complete all imprest reconciliations within 48 hours
  • Achieve overall cost per kWh below N200 per unit by end of 2025

Required Qualifications

  • HND, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
