About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, delivering consistent, high-quality service while building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Translate client briefs into clear strategies and aligned execution
- Oversee campaigns, timelines, and deliverables
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams on proposals and plans
- Monitor campaign performance, share insights, and provide strategic recommendations
- Identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Support business development through networking and referrals
- Manage client feedback and escalations professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a client-facing role within an advertising, marketing, or media agency
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
