  • Client relationship management: Act as the main point of contact for clients, build strong, long-term relationships, and ensure their needs are met.
  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and business objectives for the accounts you manage.
  • Business development: Identify opportunities to grow the business relationship by upselling or cross-selling additional services and products.
  • Internal collaboration: Work with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure client needs are addressed and projects are successful.
  • Problem-solving: Address client concerns, resolve issues, and act as a liaison between the client and the company.
