## Title: Account Manager

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join us as an Account Manager. You will be more than just an account manager—you will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their delight and driving long-term retention and account growth.

You will be the bridge between our clients and our internal brand strategist, technical, and creative teams, translating business objectives into actionable strategies and overseeing flawless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary strategic contact and relationship owner for a portfolio of key clients
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business goals and translate them into actionable strategies for our team
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services (e.g., SEO for a new website)
  • Champion the client's voice within the agency while protecting the team from unstructured feedback
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate ROI and strategic value
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiations for your accounts

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role (Account Management, Client Service, or Project Management) in a digital agency or related field
  • Proven track record of retaining clients and growing accounts through upsells
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, web development, and SEO concepts
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage difficult conversations
  • Highly organized with excellent project management abilities
