3D Artist / Graphic Designer at The Large House

About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Product 3D Modeler to join our dynamic team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Blender 3D and possess the expertise to translate conceptual designs into detailed 3D models. You will play a crucial role in managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial design concepts to physical fabrication in collaboration with our skilled artisans.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed and visually appealing 3D models of marketing assets, including signages, gondolas, mobile bars, and free-standing units, using Blender 3D
• Conceptualize designs for bars, lounges, and clubs, and supervise their remodeling and transformation
• Collaborate with the design team to understand and interpret conceptual designs, ensuring accurate representation in 3D models
• Oversee the entire product development process, managing projects from design inception to physical fabrication
• Work closely with artisans and craftsmen to ensure seamless transition from digital design to physical realization, providing necessary guidance and support
• Ensure that final physical products align with the initial design vision and quality standards
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to bring innovative ideas and solutions to design and fabrication processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum First Degree
• 2–5 years proven experience as a 3D Modeler
• At least 5 years experience in FMCG, preferably in visual merchandising or a related field
• Proficiency in Blender 3D (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and CorelDraw or Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D modeling projects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
