Workshop Manager at Leventis

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Workshop Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all workshop-related activities and ensure availability of trucks
• Ensure workshop procedures and systems are known to all staff and strictly followed during vehicle repairs and maintenance documentation
• Continuously monitor repair time and repair quality to ensure KPI targets (MTTR & RFTR) are achieved
• Foster a customer-focused culture within the team and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Ensure workshop facilities, equipment, and tools are adequately maintained and available in ready-to-use condition
• Facilitate training and development of team members by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in job performance

Required Qualifications

• HND or B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering (specialization in Commercial Vehicles)
• Minimum 8 years of strong engineering experience with an established commercial vehicle workshop, specifically trucks
