Welfare Officer-Exotic Dancers at FoliXx Hospitality

About the Role

We are seeking a warm, mature, and emotionally intelligent female Welfare Officer to provide comprehensive support, guidance, and structure for our exotic dancers during daytime hours. This person will ensure dancers feel cared for, safe, supported, and well-prepared for work, while enforcing professionalism and wellbeing standards. This role requires someone who is firm but empathetic, confidential, proactive, and able to manage women with diverse personalities.

Key Responsibilities

Dancer Well-Being & Support

• Provide emotional support, mentorship, and guidance to dancers
• Listen to concerns, mediate issues, and help maintain a positive environment
• Ensure dancers' personal needs or concerns are communicated respectfully to management

Attendance & Discipline

• Monitor dancer roster, check-ins, and attendance for the night team
• Ensure dancers are prepared, rested, and in the right mindset before show hours
• Enforce behavioral and professional standards politely but firmly

Professional Grooming & Readiness

• Oversee dancers' daytime grooming, self-care routines, and wellness preparation
• Ensure dancers follow hygiene, dressing, and presentation standards
• Coordinate with glam and styling teams where necessary

Wellness & Safety Oversight

• Support dancers regarding wellness concerns (physical, mental, emotional)
• Identify signs of stress, conflict, or burnout and intervene early
• Arrange support or escalate serious welfare matters when necessary

Relationship & Conduct Management

• Promote sisterhood and healthy interactions among dancers
• Prevent emotional distractions, unhealthy relationships, and cliques within the group
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Administrative & Coordination

• Document attendance, welfare reports, and follow-ups
• Prepare dancers for briefings, wellness checks, and training sessions
