Warehouse Supervisor at Human Edge Consulting

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor to ensure the uninterrupted supply of materials and stores to various production and service departments. In this role, you will protect materials from pilferage, maintain systematic records, and oversee all warehouse operations with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Allocate and plan manpower based on workload requirements for optimal utilization
• Oversee the receiving and unloading of raw materials from import suppliers and local vendors without delay
• Verify that raw materials arrive in correct quantities and meet acceptable quality standards
• Track and coordinate the supply of raw materials and packing materials to the production department
• Ensure raw material issuance to production follows requisition records accurately
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) methodology for all raw materials and expired goods
• Monitor the shoe mixing section to ensure standard ratios and verify quantity of pairs per bag
• Conduct daily physical stock tracking and perform periodic inventory counts
• Maintain accurate stock cards for the raw materials section
• Ensure all goods are properly identified with correct storage location indicators
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards and implement 5S principles
• Monitor safety compliance in accordance with management instructions

Required Qualifications

• OND or HND qualification
• 2–3 years of warehouse or stores management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
• Strong multitasking capabilities and quick understanding of warehouse operations
• Passionate, energetic attitude with a positive mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plastic industry warehouse and store operations
