About the Role

We are recruiting for a Warehouse Supervisor and Bottle Checker position with a beverage company. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead warehouse operations and ensure quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and oversee daily activities
• Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity
• Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials
• Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels
• Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy
• Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation
• Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Perform daily inspections of warehouse grounds
• Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers

Required Qualifications

• Degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar management position
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Time management skills and ability to delegate effectively
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Problem-solving skills
