As a Warehouse Products and Services Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service while staying updated on products and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences
• Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach and convert them
• Effectively demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of warehouse products and services to potential customers
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales strategies
• Maintain current product knowledge and awareness of warehouse goods and services
• Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and leads
• Generate regular sales reports and provide insights into sales performance

Requirements

• HND, B.Sc, OND, or NCE in relevant fields
• Sales or marketing experience with FMCG products (preferred)
• Less than 40 years old
• Ready to start work as soon as possible
