Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming and outgoing materials and products
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using manual and digital systems
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies promptly
• Monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts

Warehouse Operations

• Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure efficient space utilization
• Ensure that products are properly labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage or loss
• Coordinate loading and unloading of materials in compliance with company policies
• Support in the planning and scheduling of deliveries and dispatches

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain all relevant documents such as waybills, delivery notes, stock cards, and requisition forms
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activity reports
• Ensure compliance with audit and documentation standards

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to occupational health and safety standards and procedures
• Report any incidents, damages, or safety hazards immediately

Coordination & Teamwork

• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise warehouse assistants or casual workers as assigned
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
