Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos Mainland. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations and play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency across all supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure operational efficiency
• Monitor and control inventory levels to maintain optimal stock
• Implement and maintain safety standards throughout the warehouse
• Coordinate logistics timelines and schedules
• Lead and manage warehouse teams effectively
• Ensure operational compliance with company policies and procedures
• Optimise warehouse processes to support seamless supply chain activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related field
• Proven professional experience in warehouse operations, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or professional Certification in Supply Chain Management (preferred)

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven expertise in Stock Control and Inventory Management
• Proficiency in Operations Management, including warehouse planning and execution
• Experience with Forklift Operation and other warehouse equipment
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in warehousing
