About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to fill the position of Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor at our facility in Awka, Anambra State. You will manage our finished goods store and oversee all outbound logistics operations, ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the loading of goods into trucks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to delivery schedules
• Manage and supervise laborers involved in loading and unloading activities
• Prepare and issue waybills for outgoing shipments
• Meet daily loading targets as a key performance indicator
• Maintain accurate inventory records of finished goods
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Monitor and record stock levels to track storage utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures during loading and unloading activities
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to outbound shipments
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient outbound logistics operations

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum HND in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience of 2+ years in logistics, warehousing, or a related role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using inventory management and logistics software
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics operations
• Willingness to work long hours and adapt to changing work requirements
