Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records of items shipped, received from the project site, or transferred to other warehouse locations
• Locate, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse
• Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory
• Ensure the warehouse is well organized, maintaining neatness and tidiness
• Inspect materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, and specific conditions
• Develop and implement proactive tools maintenance programs
• Ensure maintenance reports are drafted properly and accurately
• Track goods entering and leaving the warehouse in a timely manner
• Ensure proper authorization for all goods entering and leaving the warehouse
• Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and verify accuracy
• Ensure all tool maintenance operations comply with company policy and OSHA guidelines
• Coordinate with the OHS coordinator to investigate all reported incidents, including near-misses and accidents

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in any discipline
• 0 – 1 year of post-NYSC experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety (advantageous)
