A reputable hospitality business in Surulere is looking for a polite, energetic, and well-presented Waitress/Waiter to join the service team. The ideal candidate must be friendly, customer-focused, and able to provide excellent table service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests politely
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages professionally
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area
• Ensure customers are satisfied and handle minor complaints
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE qualification
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Neat, presentable, and well-mannered
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Responsible and punctual
• Previous experience as a waitress/waiter is an advantage
