About the Role

We are seeking a motivated professional to deliver superior dining service with courtesy, efficiency, and professionalism in the hotel's restaurant and lounge areas.

Key Responsibilities

Greet guests and present menus
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Ensure tables and dining areas remain clean and organized
Upsell menu items and promote specials
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service

Requirements

Friendly and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations

Education and Experience

Minimum SSCE qualification
Diploma in Hospitality preferred
2–3 years of restaurant or hotel dining experience
