About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and professional waitress to join our expanding team at Victoria Waterfront Hotel & Resorts in Lagos, Nigeria. You will deliver exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks to guests promptly and efficiently
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests
• Upsell our other services to guests
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and creativity
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and adhere to physical hygiene best practices
• Clear and reset tables for incoming guests
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and coordinated service

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a waitress in a luxury restaurant or hotel setting
• Must reside within Awoyaya, Bogije, Eleko Junction and environs
