About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals professionally, and ensuring an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests warmly
Take food and drink orders accurately
Serve meals professionally and promptly
Set tables appropriately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Process payments and handle transactions
Respond to customer needs promptly and courteously
Ensure an excellent dining experience for all guests

Requirements

NCE (National Certificate of Education) qualification
Minimum 2 years of experience in a waitressing or hospitality role
