Key Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests, with upselling opportunities
• Serve food and beverages according to established service standards and procedures
• Handle guest bills and invoices with professionalism and accuracy
• Operate the point-of-sales (POS) system correctly and ensure all sales are properly recorded
• Prepare the outlet for service, including mise-en-place, setting and resetting tables, and light cleaning
• Maintain cleanliness and service supplies at your station to ensure prompt and effective operations
• Clear tables and remove dirty dishes to the designated dish area
• Maintain your assigned station/section in a clean and orderly manner at all times
• Become familiar with all food and beverage items on the menu
• Follow presentation guidelines as established by the Food & Beverage Manager
• Accommodate special guest requests for specific food and beverage preparation methods and ingredients
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned
• Ensure all company brand standards are implemented
