About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for talented individuals to join our hospitality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, escort them to tables, and present menus
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Check on guests throughout their meal and refill beverages as needed
• Ensure bills are presented and payments processed accurately and courteously
• Maintain clear communication between the dining area and kitchen staff
• Clean and reset tables, keeping the dining area clean, organized, and inviting
• Ensure guest satisfaction through polite interactions, timely service, and prompt issue resolution
• Follow all health and sanitation guidelines for food handling
• Assist with stocking supplies and report shortages as needed
• Manage the daily flow of service from table setting to clearing and cleaning

Required Qualifications

• SSCE, GCE, or NECO qualification
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience
