Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, attending to guests' needs, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for all customers. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and present menus
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any complaints politely
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Keep the dining area clean and organized at all times
• Follow hygiene and safety regulations at all times
• Process payments and issue receipts using POS or cash
• Assist in setting up before service and closing duties after service
• Promote menu items and upsell where appropriate

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE; further training in hospitality is a plus
• 1–3 years of experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant, hotel, lounge, or catering setup
• Good spoken English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Polite, respectful, and customer-service oriented
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Presentable appearance and good personal hygiene

Compensation

N100,000 - N120,000 per month
