Position Overview:
- The Waiter will provide refined, attentive, and personalized table service in a luxury fine dining environment, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for high-profile guests.
- Deliver professional and courteous table service in line with fine dining standards
- Present menus and provide detailed explanations of dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and ensure timely service delivery
- Maintain cleanliness, table settings, and overall dining room presentation
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed service expectations
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams
- Bachelor's Degree or professional certification in related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong knowledge of food service etiquette and beverage presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional grooming and customer-centric attitude
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
