We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Description

This is a remote volunteer role for a Sponsorship / Program Coordinator. The individual will oversee day-to-day program management responsibilities, ability to draft sponsorship proposal, coordinate sponsorship efforts, and ensure the effective implementation of the organization's initiatives.

Tasks may include developing and managing programs, maintaining communication with sponsors and stakeholders, supporting mentorship and training projects, and contributing to the recruitment of beneficiaries.

The coordinator will play a pivotal role in aligning activities with the overarching mission of empowering African women.

Qualifications

Program Management and Program Development skills to design, implement, and oversee impactful initiatives.

Strong Project Management abilities to plan, execute, and monitor program activities efficiently.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with sponsors, stakeholders, and participants effectively.

High adaptability, organizational skills, and self-motivation to excel in a remote volunteer capacity.
