Visual Communications & UI / UX Design Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Visual Communications Specialist to own the end-to-end design of our most critical business assets. You will be responsible for transforming complex data and strategic concepts into consulting-grade presentations (McKinsey/BCG style) and high-end UI/UX designs for our digital newsletters and proposals.

The ideal candidate has a pixel-perfect attention to detail, a deep understanding of information hierarchy, and the ability to make dense information look breathable, modern, and elite.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-stakes business decks, investor pitches, and internal proposals with story-driven slides that prioritize clarity and logical flow
• Design layouts and user experience for digital newsletters, ensuring they are mobile-responsive, easy to navigate, and visually compelling
• Build persuasive, sleek proposal templates that reflect a premium brand identity
• Translate complex data sets into intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics that communicate a clear message at a glance
• Ensure every touchpoint—from individual slides to multi-page newsletters—adheres to a cohesive, high-end aesthetic

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of relevant experience
• Mastery of slide design principles including clean alignment, information hierarchy, and the "One Message Per Slide" philosophy
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch with strong understanding of grid systems, typography, and white space
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Ability to reorganize complex information into visually logical and coherent flows
