Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Virtual Assistant Trainer to develop and deliver a world-class training program for Virtual Assistants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtual assistance and a genuine passion for teaching and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Deliver Training: Design and deliver engaging training modules for new and existing Virtual Assistants covering:
  • Core administrative tasks (advanced scheduling, inbox management, data entry)
  • Client communication and professional etiquette
  • Time management, prioritization, and workflow optimization
  • Proficiency in key software and platforms (Google Workspace, project management tools like Asana/Trello, CRMs, etc.)
  • Company standards for quality and client support
• Create & Update Resources: Build and maintain a library of training resources, including manuals, video tutorials, and best-practice guides
• Coach & Mentor: Conduct both group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual learning gaps and foster professional growth
• Assess Performance: Evaluate trainee progress through practical assessments and provide constructive, supportive feedback
• Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the virtual assistant industry to ensure training remains cutting-edge
• Foster Community: Cultivate a positive and collaborative learning environment that encourages VAs to connect and learn from one another

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Virtual Assistant working for a foreign client or as a VA trainer
• Clear and demonstrable passion for teaching and mentoring
