We are hiring a Vertical Sales Manager for a leading FinTech company that is redefining financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person, mid-level management role based in Lagos, designed for a high performer who thrives at the intersection of sales strategy, product-market alignment, and growth execution. The Opportunity As Vertical Sales Manager, you will:
  • Drive Vertical Growth: Build and execute sales strategies focused on specific customer and market verticals to scale adoption and retention.
  • Bridge Product & Market: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align offerings with customer needs and industry opportunities.
  • Own Go-to-Market (GTM): Develop and launch campaigns, activations, and initiatives that drive revenue within your assigned verticals.
  • Unlock Partnerships: Identify and manage collaborations that accelerate adoption and deepen penetration in key markets.
  • Leverage Data: Use analytics and customer insights to refine positioning and strengthen vertical sales strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven Performer: 3–5 years in sales management, vertical sales, or business development within fintech, tech, or financial services.
  • Strategic & Execution-Driven: Capable of crafting growth strategies while delivering hands-on results.
  • Sales Leader: Skilled at understanding customer pain points and converting them into business opportunities.
  • Innovative Mindset: Passionate about scaling products and exploring new levers for growth.
  • Based in Lagos: Strong familiarity with the Lagos ecosystem and ability to activate local networks.
