Major Responsibilites
- Assist in sourcing, onboarding, and managing vendors across different product categories.
- Maintain effective communication and relationships with vendors to ensure timely supply and quality standards.
- Monitor vendor performance, pricing, and compliance with agreed terms.
- Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure product availability.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, contracts, and documentation.
- Support management in resolving vendor-related issues and improving supply processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years of proven experience in vendor coordination, procurement, supply chain, or a similar role preferably within the e-commerce sector.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, inventory systems, and spreadsheets.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
