We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a hardworking and result-driven Van Salesman to drive sales, manage assigned sales routes, and ensure effective distribution of the company’s products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and distribute company products using an assigned sales van
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure proper handling, display, and merchandising of products
  • Collect payments and remit proceeds in line with company policy
  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily sales reports
  • Ensure proper care and cleanliness of the assigned sales van
  • Provide market and competitor feedback to management
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Supervisor
Required Qualifications: & Experience
  • Minimum of OND / HND
  • 2–5 years experience in van sales or route-to-market sales (FMCG experience is an advantage)
  • Valid driver’s licence with good driving record.
