An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job Purpose:
  • Operate the sales van to drive sales performance and deliver agreed business objectives, ensuring brilliant execution of sales and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.
Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve direct load-out and redistribution of stock from distributors/warehouses to retail outlets within assigned routes.
  • Ensure effective and comprehensive coverage of retail outlets across assigned routes.
  • Establish, maintain, and continually expand the retail outlet base by recruiting new outlets daily.
  • Deliver assigned sales targets (SKU, territory, and value) through effective market penetration and customer relationship management.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Introduce new and existing products to customers and drive incremental sales.
  • Prepare and submit accurate DRAR daily sales reports to the ASM.
  • Support dealer network expansion and secondary sales performance.
  • Ensure optimal van utilization, fuel management, and operational cost control.
Qualifications
  • ND/NCE in any discipline
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel)
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales with clear KPI achievements
  • Proven van driving and van sales experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
