About the Role

We're looking for a User Operations Specialist to support day-to-day user engagement and coordinate across teams. You will help manage content and copyright workflows, write short promotional copy, and work with product, design, and marketing to execute user-focused tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns for user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Coordinate tasks across product, design, and marketing teams
• Handle push notifications, in-app messages, and promo emails

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in user operations, content operations, or similar role
• Experience with copyright or content moderation
• Proficiency with CMS, email/push tools, and basic design tools (e.g., Figma)
• Strong writing skills and cross-team collaboration abilities
