Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces (UI) for web, mobile, and software applications in line with user experience (UX) best practices
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and improve design outcomes
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to illustrate design concepts and workflows
• Design graphics and layouts for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, infographics, presentations, and print collateral
• Maintain consistency in visual design and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
• Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across multiple devices
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns that enhance TAG Energy's corporate image
• Support IT and Communications teams with multimedia content creation, including short animations and visual effects
• Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge creativity
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within set timelines
• Assist in updating the company website's visual elements and layout

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in UI/UX design and graphics development
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
