Location
Lekki/Ajah, Lagos, Nigeria. Proximity to the Lekki/Ajah area is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop user interfaces (UI) for web, mobile, and software applications in line with user experience (UX) best practices
- Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to understand user behavior and improve design outcomes
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to illustrate design concepts and workflows
- Design graphics and layouts for digital marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, infographics, presentations, and print collateral
- Maintain consistency in visual design and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs
- Optimize user interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across multiple devices
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns that enhance TAG Energy's corporate image
- Support IT and Communications teams with multimedia content creation, including short animations and visual effects
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to maintain cutting-edge creativity
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver within set timelines
- Assist in updating the company website's visual elements and layout
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in UI/UX design and graphics development
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Canva, Figma, CorelDRAW, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
