UI/UX Designer at FCSL Asset Management Company

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of UI/UX Designer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand the nature of company products and services
• Lead user research efforts to understand users' behaviors, needs, and motivations, utilizing various research methods
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
• Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles to create welcoming experiences for all users
• Collect and incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and stakeholders) to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives
• Maintain and evolve existing design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability of design assets
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, integrating them into the design process where applicable

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field

Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects

Competency Requirements

• Proficiency in interaction and visual design
• Strong user-centered design principles
• Experience designing interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
