## Title: UI/UX Designer
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of UI/UX Designer.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Understand the nature of company products and services
- Lead user research efforts to understand users' behaviors, needs, and motivations, utilizing various research methods
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles to create welcoming experiences for all users
- Collect and incorporate user feedback and iterate on designs to enhance user satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, developers, and stakeholders) to ensure design solutions are technically feasible and aligned with business objectives
- Maintain and evolve existing design systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability of design assets
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, integrating them into the design process where applicable
Educational Qualification
- B.Sc. in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects
Competency Requirements
- Proficiency in interaction and visual design
- Strong user-centered design principles
- Experience designing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
