About the Role

Greenbond Finance Company Limited is seeking a qualified Treasury Sales Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will be responsible for driving treasury sales, managing banking relationships, and providing strategic financial solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure borrowings (deposit liabilities) to support treasury operations
• Maintain and develop relationships with correspondent banks, negotiating competitive banking services and fee structures
• Organize daily treasury function summaries reporting on inflows and outflows
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their financial objectives and providing strategic advice and tailored solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting treasury products, providing informed guidance to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in treasury sales or related field within the financial industry
• Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and risk management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in relevant financial analysis and reporting software and tools
• Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively
