About the Role
Olakleen Holdings Limited is seeking a Treasury Officer to assess, monitor, plan, and manage the efficient utilization of cash and financial services in alignment with company objectives. The successful candidate will perform treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, reimbursements, and debt management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, plan, and manage efficient utilization of cash and financial services consistent with company objectives
- Perform treasury activities related to cash flow, borrowings, reimbursements, and debt
- Establish and ensure proper record-keeping procedures are in place and adhered to
- Collect invoices and bills, process payments in compliance with financial rules and regulations
- Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers
- Ensure all transactions are executed in a cost-effective manner
- Oversee the company's banking operations, ensuring all funds are appropriately banked for efficiency and optimal returns
- Ensure company bank accounts conform to IFR Standards
- Reconcile bank statements against the General Ledger and clear assigned accounts
- Manage the company's cash management system and payment mechanisms
- Follow up on financial proceedings to ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Check and verify cash transactions; investigate and propose resolutions for discrepancies
- Perform other functions as assigned by the Treasury Manager and CFO
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or related field
