A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Role Description
  • This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Treasury Manager.
  • The Treasury Manager will oversee and coordinate the organization’s treasury functions, including cash management, forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring liquidity.
  • Responsibilities will include monitoring investments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing banking relationships, optimizing financial operations, and identifying risk exposures.
  • The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of the organization while supporting the strategic goals of Alert Group.
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and experience in cash flow management, financial forecasting, and budget preparation
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining banking relationships
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ICAN) are a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical aptitude, and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in a similar treasury or financial management role
