About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Travel Consultant to provide comprehensive travel advisory services to our clients. You will be responsible for guiding clients through their travel planning process, from initial consultation to final booking and post-travel support.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable travel options based on their preferences and budget
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
• Provide information on visa requirements, currency exchange rates, and insurance policies
• Keep up to date with changes in travel regulations and communicate these to clients
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor changes in travel trends and recommend new destinations to clients
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety standards in all bookings
• Maintain accurate client records and update them regularly

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a travel consultant
• Ability to maintain and regularly update client records

Preferred Qualifications

• IATA certification
