About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Travel Consultant to join LEAM Consulting Limited in Lagos. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients on travel arrangements, visa requirements, currency exchange rates, and insurance policies while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on suitable travel options tailored to their needs
• Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
• Provide information on visa requirements, currency exchange rates, and insurance policies
• Keep up to date with changes in travel regulations and industry standards
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally and promptly
• Monitor changes in travel trends and recommend new destinations to clients
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety standards
• Maintain and regularly update client records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant
• IATA certification (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with ability to maintain accurate client records
